Outside Fire

Worcester County EOC alerted Snow Hill Fire Department  for a outside fire today @ 1602 hours on Millville Rd. Command 4 arrived to find about 1 acre of grass and woods on fire. The homeowner was burning some house hold trash that got out of hand due to winds. Fire was quickly extinguished by crews on Brush 4 and Engine 401. Tanker 4, 405, Paramedic 2 and FM-3 also responded. 451 Asst Chief Heiser had the command.
